Echoes of a Still Day captures the quiet charm of the natural world that inspires all my picture book work. My love for creating stories for young readers started during my years teaching children and continues to spark my imagination on the magical island I call home, surrounded by forests, sea, and a vibrant creative community. I write and illustrate stories for children to discover, enjoy, and wonder at the beauty of nature and the small moments of just being a kid. I’m also a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).
